Getting a good night’s sleep is important to all of us but many people have issues with it. People can become more stressed when they feel they are not getting a good night’s sleep. In This 2 hour workshop, we can help to identify the reasons for poor sleep and the different types of problems that people encounter. You can gain tips for a better sleeping pattern and ways to re-train yourself by understanding what happens when you sleep.
