Start Date: June 25, 2021 1:30 pm
It has been a challenging time for so many of us and there has been so much uncertainty and change it is no wonder that it has been difficult to manage our mental health at times.
This workshop acknowledges the unprecedent we are experiencing. It aims to help you to understand the impact it has had upon your anxiety and explores the importance of looking after your mental health during these times. The workshop will provide you with techniques to manage your anxiety and worry; it explores factors that impact upon our anxiety that are inside and outside of our control. It will also look at how we can manage other aspects of our mental wellbeing whilst our lives are impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Whilst we hope this workshop will be helpful for many people, it is important to note that it is not aimed at helping those who are experiencing Long Covid. If you are experiencing Long-Covid, we are here to offer help and support, please make a referral to our service so we can assess your current needs and explore treatment options.
