Managing Unhelpful Thinking Workshop- Monday 20th February 2023 at 5.30-7.30pm (virtual)
Start Date: February 20, 2023 5:30 pm
When you are struggling with your mental wellbeing and feel low or anxious, you are more likely to have unhelpful thoughts. These unhelpful thoughts tend to be driven by opinions which are influenced by low mood and anxiety and are often not factual but overly negative and unrealistic, which can negatively impact on your mood.
Challenging unhelpful thinking helps you to look at your thoughts in a different way. When your thoughts are more balanced and realistic, your depression or anxiety will reduce.
This workshop will help you improve your mental wellbeing by breaking free from unhelpful thinking habits and develop more realistic and balanced thoughts.
