Managing Mental Wellbeing During Pregnancy (Part 2)- Managing stress- Friday 13th May at 11am – 1pm (Face to Face)

Start Date: May 13, 2022 11:00 am

Pregnancy is a time of huge changes, not only for your body but also for your mind. It can be filled with a huge range of emotions and also a level of uncertainty.

It is normal to be asking yourself lots of questions about how life will be when baby arrives and perhaps questioning your ability to cope, and this alongside the changes that are happening to your body can lead to you feeling stressed or anxious.

The ‘Managing Mental Wellbeing During Pregnancy’ workshop (Part 2) is about helping you to practice and develop relaxation techniques to best look after yourself during your pregnancy and beyond.
