Pregnancy is a time of huge changes, not only for your body but also for your mind. It can be filled with a huge range of emotions and also a level of uncertainty.
It is normal to be asking yourself lots of questions about how life will be when baby arrives and perhaps questioning your ability to cope, and this alongside the changes that are happening to your body can lead to you feeling stressed or anxious.
The ‘Managing Mental Wellbeing During Pregnancy’ workshop, Part 1 is about helping you understand the impact pregnancy can have upon your mental wellbeing and helping you to develop techniques to best look after yourself during your pregnancy and beyond.
The workshop is currently running virtually, so you can access it from the comfort of your own home.
