When we feel low or stressed, we often have less energy and interest in life. This free 2-hour workshop helps you to recognise the benefits of staying active and the impact that inactivity has on mental wellbeing.
This includes learning, socialising, exercise, hobbies and challenging excuses and lack of motivation.
We will give you information on what is available in and around Barnsley to get involved in.
