Workshops

Barnsley Talking Therapies is happy to offer a range of workshops to help improve your mental well-being. All our workshops are free, you just need to be registered with a GP in Barnsley and you can register for as many workshops as you would like.
Registering for a workshop does not affect your referral and you can still refer yourself at any time using this link.
We allocate 2 hours for each of our workshops and stress pac courses, this may vary depending on content from each of the workshops, but it will not exceed 2 hours.
