We offer individual appointments and courses across the locality of Barnsley.

Access to our services is free to anyone that is over 16 and registered with a GP in Barnsley.

You can ask your GP to refer you or do it yourself using our referral form. The information you provide will be used by the team to assess your case and we will contact you within 2 working days to discuss further.
